Guests can enjoy complimentary bikes provided by the
hotel and explore the first section of The Connemara
Greenway; an 8km stretch passing by the estate, or the
5km Estate Greenway Loop within the grounds. For a
longer route, cycle towards Roundstone on the Wild
Atlantic Way, which gives amazing views of the
Connemara landscape.
For a longer journey embark on the Bog Road looping
around Ballyconneely and Roundstone. This 40km
route, offers spectacular views of the Connemara
bogland, where you can immerse yourself in the peace
and tranquillity of the landscape.
For the more adventurous why not tackle the 14km
Derroura Mountain Bike Trail, offering stunning views
of the Maam valley and the Twelve Bens. The trail
features long climbs, thrilling descents, and overlooks
Lough Corrib.
