Provisional Dates will be held for 7 days after which the date will be released at the
discretion of the hotel.
Having met with the team, signed the contract, paid the €6,000 deposit, the date is
yours and you can begin planning your wedding. An additional deposit of 50% is
due 5 months in advance of the event date. The remaining balance is 2 months in
advance of the event date. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be given in writing to your point of contact at the hotel.
Minimum numbers of 80 will be charged for the casual day.
Minimum number of 100 will be charged for the day of the wedding.
Final numbers and table plan must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to the
date of the event.
All allergen information for you and your guests must be provided along with the
table plan 2 weeks in advance.
At least 6 weeks in advance of the date of the event, all menus, food & beverage
options and all other details must be finalised. Changes after that time are
completely at the discretion of the hotel.
The wedding couple must confirm how they would like to allocate rooms for the
two nights of the wedding weekend prior to sending out their invitations. Rooms
will be charged to guests at the rate confirmed with the wedding couple.
